Change Outlook Settings
Remove Inline Replies
- Open Outlook & navigate to File > Options > Mail
- Scroll down to find the "Replies & Forwards" section, make sure the "Open replies & forwards in a new window" is checked
Change Default Address List Order
- Open Outlook & click the "Address Book" from the Home tab in the ribbon
- Click "Tools", then "Options"
- Choose "Contacts" in the dropdown field labeled "When opening the address book..."
- Click "Start With Contact Folders" under "When Sending Email, Check...."
Choose Profile On Open
- Open the Control Panel & search for "Mail"
- Click the option that comes up & then click "Show Profiles"
- Here you can adjust the profile options, select "Prompt For A Profile To Be Used"
